Tongding's HZS180, HZS240, and HZS270 belt-conveyor mixing plants are compact, foundation-free units equipped with JS500, MA4000, or MA4500 twin-shaft forced mixers. They utilize inclined belt conveyors for continuous aggregate feeding, offering a theoretical production capacity of 30–270 m³/h.

This integrated, foldable, foundation-free mixing plant is an innovative product independently developed by Tongding, optimized and upgraded from traditional stationary and mobile concrete mixing plants. It integrates aggregate storage and batching units, powder silos, liquid storage tanks, weighing systems, conveying systems, water and air circuits, power and control wiring, the mixing system, and the fully automatic control system (including the operator cabin) onto a single frame platform. Featuring a compact structure and stable, reliable performance, it produces various concrete specifications and is suitable for infrastructure projects such as water conservancy and hydropower, high-speed rail and road construction, tunnel projects, and commercial concrete production.

The mixer frame and conveyor frame feature a foldable design, allowing the entire unit to be transported on a single vehicle when folded; they can also be quickly disassembled if site transport conditions are restricted. Internal power/control wiring, air lines, and liquid piping retract and extend along with the folding structure, eliminating the need for repeated disassembly, reassembly, and commissioning. Once unfolded on-site, the plant is ready for production after connecting the main power and a few utility lines, thereby avoiding repetitive installation and specialized commissioning work while reducing overall operating costs. The total installation and commissioning cycle for the entire series is under 72 hours-saving 3 to 15 days compared to traditional plants-and eliminates the labor required for repeated assembly and disassembly of electrical, pneumatic, and water systems.
