What it does
Bentonite fresh from ore washing is wet and clumpy-useless until the moisture comes down. That's where this rotary dryer steps in.
Inside the spinning drum, the wet material gets lifted and dropped over and over. Hot air passes through the whole time, pulling water out gradually. The bentonite doesn't get scorched. It just gets dry.
