Site Planning and Foundation Construction
Subgrade bearing capacity ≥ 150 kPa; use C25 grade concrete or higher with a minimum thickness of 300 mm.
Foundation dimensions for the twin-shaft mixer: 6.5 × 4.8 × 1.2 m; tolerance for embedded parts ≤ ±3 mm; overall levelness ≤ 1/1000.
Reserve maintenance aisles ≥ 1.2 m between equipment units; limit conveyor belt inclination to ≤ 18° (compliant with GB/T 10171-2016).

Equipment Delivery and Component Verification
Unpack and inventory all components-including the main mixer unit, aggregate bins, conveyor belts, and screw conveyors-against the manufacturer's manual; check for loose fasteners or structural deformation.
Connect 380V three-phase power in advance; ensure voltage fluctuation is within ±10% and grounding resistance is ≤ 4 Ω.

Installation of Main Unit and Mechanical Components
Lift the twin-shaft mixer into position and level it; maintain the reducer's axial clearance between 0.05 mm and 0.10 mm.
Adjust the clearance between mixing blades and liners to 8–12 mm; ensure motor belt tension allows for a 10–15 mm deflection under thumb pressure.
Install the aggregate conveyor belt; limit belt deviation to ≤ 5% of belt width; ensure idler levelness is ≤ 1.5 mm/m and tensioning device travel is ≥ 200 mm.
Install the powder screw conveyor; ensure a 3–5 mm clearance in the U-shaped trough; tighten all connection bolts to specified torque requirements.
