Product Introduction:
Putty powder is a type of specialized mortar. Wall Putty is a dry mixed powder material widely used in the treatment of building wall base, mainly used for wall leveling, filling small defects, improving surface smoothness, and providing a good base for subsequent coating construction.


Putty powder is usually composed of functional additives such as cement or gypsum, heavy calcium carbonate, quartz powder/fine sand, cellulose ether, and redispersible latex powder. Flow chart explanation

Drying → Lifting→ Batching → Lifting→ Mixing→ Weighing and packing

Drying: dry the wet materials.
Lifting: lift the raw materials into the silos through thr bucket elevator or pnurmatic conveying system.
Batching: Through screw conveyor, convey materials to weighing batching bin for weighing and batching.
Lifting: After batching all materials, they will be lifted into premixed bin by bucket elevator.
Mixing: The materials in premixed bin fall down into twin shaft mixer through the discharge port for mixing.
Weighing and packing: Well mixed dry mortar falling into finished product bin will be discharged into weighing and packing machine.
Notice: It can be operated by just 4 persons to package; The whole mixing system can operate continuously.
