Product Introduction

Masonry Mortar is the Dry mixed mortar mainly used for building wall materials, such as bricks, blocks, stone, and so on.
The raw materials are mainly Graded dry sand, cement, powder fillers, and some functional additives (water retaining agent, starch ether, redispersible latex powder, etc.).
After mixing with water, it will be used at the construction site.
The main function of the Masonry Mortar is to bond masonry materials such as blocks or bricks together and fill the gaps between the masonry, thereby improving the overall integrity, stability, and durability of the wall.
Common types: ordinary masonry mortar, concrete block masonry mortar, aerated concrete block masonry mortar, thin layer masonry mortar, high-strength masonry mortar, etc.

Factory Inspection & Quality Assurance (QA)

Each production stage is recorded and submitted through our internal management system for inspection and verification before proceeding to the next stage.
After the equipment is fully manufactured, we conduct complete machine testing, no-load testing, and operational performance checks, including inspections of key components and operating parameters, to ensure stable operation and compliance with the designed performance requirements.
An equipment inspection report can be provided before shipment.

 

Professional Packing & Marine Protection

As our products are mainly large-scale equipment, they are usually shipped as complete container loads.
We arrange a suitable packing and protection method according to the equipment's size, structure, and shape.
The main equipment is generally shipped without wooden packing, with anti-rust treatment, while vulnerable and precision components are carefully packed in fumigation-free plywood/wooden cases for additional protection.
The equipment is also securely fastened with steel ropes and other securing materials inside the container to minimize the risk of movement, collision, corrosion, or damage during long-distance ocean transportation.

 

FAQ

1. How many workers are required for the production line?

Normally, 3–5 workers are required to operate the production line:
1 operator operates the forklift to feed raw materials into the sand dryer section.
1–2 workers are responsible for manually placing bags onto the packaging machine.
1 operator operates and monitors the production line from the control room.
1 worker is responsible for routine cleaning and equipment maintenance.

2. Which parts can be installed outdoors?

Under normal circumstances, the bucket elevators and raw material silos can be installed outdoors. The other main equipment is generally recommended to be installed indoors to protect it from weather conditions and ensure stable operation.

3. Installation & Commissioning

We can send our engineers to the customer's site to assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training.
The buyer would be responsible for the engineer's salary/service fee, visa expenses, round-trip international airfare, accommodation, meals, local transportation, safety arrangements, and other related expenses during the engineer's stay at the site.
