Plastering mortar Product line Introduction

Plastering mortar is a dry mixed mortar used for leveling and protecting the surfaces of building walls, ceilings, and other substrates. According to different product formulas, the production line can automatically measure, transport, mix, and package dry sand, cement, mineral fillers, and small amounts of additives according to the set proportions, ensuring that each batch of products has a stable ratio and uniformity, making the mortar have good workability, water retention, bonding strength, and crack resistance.

 

After adding water and mixing evenly on the construction site, the plastering mortar is manually or mechanically applied to the surface of the wall.

 

Its main function is to level and repair the surface of the wall, while improving the flatness, bonding performance, and durability of the wall, providing a good base for subsequent decorative construction such as putty, paint, tiles, etc.

The common plastering mortar mainly includes ordinary cement plastering mortar, aerated concrete block plastering mortar, high-strength plastering mortar, thin layer plastering mortar, interior wall plastering mortar, exterior wall plastering mortar, crack resistant plastering mortar, and insulation plastering mortar. The selection and preparation are based on the different walls, construction environments, and performance requirements of the product.

1. Precise Batching: Properly configured for raw materials used in plaster mortar, including cement, sand, calcium carbonate, cellulose ether, starch ether, and redispersible polymer powder (RDP).
2. Equipped with a high-precision micro-additive dosing system to improve the dosing accuracy of small-quantity additives and ensure consistent formulations for every batch.
3. Suitable for producing plaster mortar with different strength grades and various application and workability requirements.
4. The fully automatic solution enables automatic batching, conveying, mixing, packaging, and production management, reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.
5. The system can be equipped with sand drying, screening, and storage systems according to the raw material conditions. The drying and screening modules can be integrated with the dry mortar production line to achieve an integrated process from wet sand → drying → screening → storage → batching → mixing → packaging.
6. The production line adopts a modular design, allowing additional sand silos, additive systems, packaging equipment, sand drying and screening equipment, and other modules to be added gradually according to the customer's actual requirements.

Installation and commissioning: During the warranty period, if allowed by policies between the buyer and seller's countries, the seller will send engineers to guide the installation of the machine. The buyer shall prepare the required materials and be responsible for the engineer's insurance, round-trip airfare, healthy meals, safe accommodation abroad, and the engineer's salary. The seller will provide user manuals and foundation drawings.
3. Warranty period: The quality assurance period is five years after debugging (excluding vulnerable parts).
