This fully-automatic production line manufactures dry-mix gypsum mortars, including gypsum levelling mortar, lightweight gypsum mortar and gypsum plastering mortar.

Main Production Process

Raw Material Storage → Batching & Weighing → Conveying → Mixing → Finished-material Silo Storage → Weighing & Packing

If incoming sand carries high moisture content, a sand drying and screening system can be added:
Wet Sand → Drying → Screening → Storage → Batching → Mixing → Packing

The production workflow covers raw material storage, batching & weighing, conveying, mixing and packaging.
It accurately doses gypsum, sand, fillers and various functional additives per preset formulas and blends them homogeneously. The final output is gypsum mortar with stable quality and excellent workability.
We tailor-design this production line to match customers' production capacity, raw-material properties, plant layout and product formulas. It fits small-, medium- and large-scale dry-mix mortar projects.

1. The program of the touch screen control system is fixed and cannot be changed.
The program of an industrial computer one can be re edited and adjusted.
(When you add a new machine or a control unit, we can edit your new program, send it to you, and then you can update the program on the industrial computer to use it. However, touch screens are difficult to achieve this change.)
2. The IPC can be connected to the Internet, and we can remotely solve all problems of the control system for you. And, you can remotely monitor the production status of your machine and use your mobile phone to monitor it in the software program we provide.
3. All production batches, production status, and touch screens can only export data using USB drives. Industrial control computers can be connected to the internet to download all production data.
