The production line utilizes PLC control, ensuring high automation and clear visibility of every processing step. Given the mortar's specific characteristics, the system employs either a twin-shaft paddle "zero-gravity" mixer or a ploughshare mixer.

It accurately weighs and uniformly mixes cement, quartz sand, calcium carbonate, and functional additives according to the specified formulation, producing dry-mixed waterproof mortar with excellent water resistance, adhesion, crack resistance, and workability.
