Overall Layout Structure
Tower-style Layout: Features a vertical, multi-level structure with a small footprint. Materials flow from top to bottom via gravity, reducing energy consumption for transport and enabling the co-production of standard and specialty mortars on the same line.
Station/Modular Layout: Compact structure with independently arranged functional modules; adaptable to various factory conditions, customizable based on production capacity requirements, and easy to maintain.
Core Mixing System
Centered around a twin-shaft zero-gravity mixer, where counter-rotating shafts drive paddles to instantly place materials into a weightless state, creating a three-dimensional, complex flow field.
Achieves a mixing uniformity of over 99% with a cycle time of just 1–3 minutes; preserves the original particle morphology of materials and prevents segregation caused by differences in specific gravity.
Some models feature high-speed "flying cutters" for efficient fiber dispersion; paddles utilize a two-piece wear-resistant design, allowing for the replacement of only the small blade tips when worn, thereby lowering maintenance costs.
Discharge utilizes a large pneumatic door mechanism, eliminating mixing dead zones, minimizing material residue, and ensuring rapid unloading.
