Semi-Automatic Type:Builds upon the simple type by adding a zero-gravity mixer with high-speed choppers (fly cutters), a finished product silo, a packaging machine, a bucket elevator, and a dust collector. It offers higher output and improved working conditions with some scalability, making it the mainstream choice for small-to-medium-scale production.
Fully Automatic Type: Integrates complete systems for material storage, conveying, weighing, mixing, dust collection, and intelligent control. It features a PLC-based touchscreen interface, supports the storage of 999 formulas, and allows for the addition of crushing, screening, and drying modules. It offers high capacity and a high degree of automation, making it suitable for large-scale production projects in major cities.
Categorized by Layout Configuration
Tower Type: Utilizes a vertical, top-down structure where materials flow via gravity. It features a small footprint, short material conveying paths, and high mixing uniformity. It enables the co-production of standard and specialty mortars but entails a higher overall cost.
Station Type (Two-Stage): Equipment is arranged across two levels (upper and lower) with an added secondary lifting stage; storage silos are primarily located at ground level. This configuration is compact, easy to maintain, and cost-effective, making it the most widely used layout in the domestic market.
Modular (Block-Style) Type: Modules can be flexibly customized based on factory conditions and investment scale. Equipped with automatic metering and computerized control systems, it can produce various products-such as external wall insulation mortar, self-leveling mortar, and tile adhesive-catering to the specific needs of medium-sized enterprises.
