1. Tongding HZS60 and HZY90 mobile concrete mixing plants are equipped with JS1000 or JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixers. They function as mobile concrete production facilities that highly integrate all the capabilities of a traditional stationary plant onto a trailer-towed mobile platform. Their core advantages are high mobility and efficient site relocation, eliminating the cumbersome foundation construction, equipment installation, and commissioning processes associated with traditional plants.

Highly integrated and ready to tow: All units-including aggregate batching, weighing, conveying, mixing, and control systems, as well as powder silos-are compactly mounted on a semi-trailer chassis or towing unit. The entire plant resembles a large trailer equipped with tires and a towing pin, allowing it to be quickly hauled to the next job site by a tractor truck. Some models can reach towing speeds of 50–60 km/h on public roads.
