The Cement Grouting Material Production Line is mainly designed for producing cement-based grouting materials, non-shrink grout, high-strength grout, and other related products.
The products are widely used in post-tensioning and prestressed concrete grouting, equipment foundation grouting, steel structure installation, concrete repair, road and bridge construction, and other applications.

Grout Mortar Production Line: Automation Introduction
The Cement Grouting Material Production Line can be equipped with three automation levels according to customers' investment scale and automation requirements: Semi-Automatic, Fully-Automatic and PLC Central Control.
The system automatically completes the full procedures of raw material metering, batching, mixing, material conveying and finished-product packaging.
An automatic palletizing system is optional, which greatly reduces manual intervention, improves production efficiency, and ensures formula stability and batch consistency of products.
Semi-Automatic: Core metering and mixing operate automatically. Manual assistance is required for partial feeding, packaging and palletizing. It is suitable for small-and-medium-scale investment with high cost-performance.
Fully-Automatic: The whole process from raw material feeding, precise batching, mixing & stirring, conveying to finished-product packaging runs automatically. Only minimal on-site supervision is needed to reduce human-caused operational errors.
PLC Central Control: Fitted with PLC + HMI touch screen. It supports formula storage & recall, one-key start-stop, production data logging, fault alarm and diagnosis. It can be expanded to connect automatic palletizing and dust-removal systems to realize highly-intelligent production, ideal for large-scale mass-production plants.
Grout mortar has high requirements for the proportioning precision of admixtures. The automatic metering system ensures accurate and stable proportioning for each batch, and avoids quality fluctuations caused by manual feeding.

Q1: Why do you recommend a ploughshare mixer instead of a twin-shaft mixer?
A: Grout mortar and fiber reinforced anti-crack mortar contain short fibers and various fine additives, which require high mixing uniformity and precise dispersion. The ploughshare mixer creates 3D material movement with high-speed flying cutters to break up agglomerates and distribute fibers evenly. It is far more suitable for high-performance special mortar than ordinary twin-shaft mixers.
Q2: Will the mixer break or damage the fibers?
A: Normally, the ploughshare mixer is designed to disperse and distribute fibers rather than cut them. The final mixing effect depends on fiber type, length, dosage and mixing parameters. We will adjust the mixer configuration according to your exact fiber specifications to ensure optimal performance.
Q3: Can this line produce different types of mortar?
A: Yes. One production line can produce multiple mortar products by changing formulas, including grout mortar, fiber anti-crack mortar, plastering mortar, masonry mortar, tile adhesive and repair mortar. We will configure the whole line based on your product range to guarantee stable quality for all formulas.
Q4: Is sand drying necessary for production?
A: It depends on the moisture content of your raw sand. Wet sand will cause material agglomeration, poor additive dispersion, unstable mixing and bad storage performance of finished mortar. If your sand has high moisture, we will support you with a complete drying, screening and storage system.
