Small plants (HZS25/HZS35): Total annual basic maintenance cost is approximately 8,000–20,000 RMB; replacement costs for wear parts are low.
Medium plants (HZS50/HZS75): Total annual routine maintenance cost is approximately 20,000–50,000 RMB; costs for periodic replacement of core components are moderate.
Large commercial concrete plants (HZS90/HZS120 and above): Total annual full-cycle maintenance cost is approximately 50,000–150,000 RMB; this includes services such as periodic overhauls of core components and digital health monitoring.
