Periodic Maintenance Schedule
‌Daily Maintenance (Before and after daily production): Clean residual concrete from the main mixer, belt conveyors, and hoppers; wash the inner walls of the mixing drum; check oil levels at lubrication points and replenish lithium-based grease as needed; tighten loose bolts and check belt tension; clean dust from the electrical control cabinet and verify proper grounding; drain condensate from the air compressor and air receiver tank at the end of each shift.
‌Weekly Maintenance: Check the gear oil level and quality in the reducer, topping up if necessary; clear clogged filter bags in the pulse-jet bag filter; check the accuracy of weighing scales and perform preliminary calibration; adjust belt conveyor idlers and replace damaged components.
‌Monthly Maintenance: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of mixing blades and liners for wear (maintaining a 3–8 mm gap) and replace them if wear exceeds one-third of the original thickness; remove material buildup from the inner walls of screw conveyors; calibrate all weighing scales; replace degraded hydraulic oil and compressed air filter elements; check the lubrication status of motor bearings.
‌Annual Maintenance: Perform a complete equipment overhaul; replace aged bearings, seals, and wiring; reinforce the equipment foundation; upgrade control system software; and conduct thorough maintenance on environmental protection equipment, such as dust collection and wastewater treatment systems.

Specialized Maintenance for Core Components
‌Main Mixer: Check for sufficient grease in the shaft-end seal cavity during every shift; weekly, adjust and tighten mixing blade bolts to prevent blade detachment and subsequent malfunctions; strictly prohibit operation without lubrication to avoid damaging shaft-end seals and causing slurry leakage.
‌Weighing System: Check the flexible connections of weighing hoppers during every shift to ensure sufficient slack; perform physical calibration using standard weights quarterly, keeping batching deviation within 0.5% to avoid mix ratio inaccuracies.
‌Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems: Change air compressor lubricating oil every 1,000 operating hours or every four months; change hydraulic station oil every six months, simultaneously cleaning the oil tank and filter screens, and promptly replacing aged sealing rings.
