High-load conditions:Daily throughput >10 tons, continuous operation >8 hours/day, or drying materials prone to residue buildup (e.g., sawdust, dust). Perform deep cleaning every 15 days; clean material buildup on drum walls, heat exchange modules, and ventilation ducts to prevent safety hazards caused by dust accumulation and blockages.
Medium-load conditions: Daily throughput of 5–10 tons, operation of 4–8 hours/day, drying standard granular materials. Perform deep cleaning monthly, including filter replacement and inspection of sealing systems.
Low-load conditions: Daily throughput <5 tons, operation <4 hours/day, drying clean materials that do not easily leave residue. Deep cleaning every 3 monthsis sufficient.
Mandatory Requirements for Specialized Industries
Food and Pharmaceutical Industries: To prevent cross-contamination, perform targeted deep cleaning weekly; wipe the inner drum walls with specialized food-grade or pharmaceutical-grade disinfectants and rinse away residues with sterile water after disinfection.
Chemical Industry: When drying corrosive or easily crystallizing materials, clean away residues after every production batch. Perform a full-system deep cleaning every 2 weeks to prevent side reactions caused by residual materials.
