Core Operating Principles
Heat Exchange and Evaporation Technology: Hot air passes directly through the material, transferring heat to the internal moisture and rapidly vaporizing it from liquid to gas; this is the fundamental mechanism of drying.
Airflow-Based Moisture Removal Technology: Fans generate steady suction to promptly exhaust warm, humid air (laden with water vapor) from the unit, preventing moisture from re-condensing onto the material inside the equipment.
Surface Renewal Technology: Mechanical structures continuously agitate the material, constantly exposing fresh surfaces to the hot air; this prevents surface crusting that would otherwise impede the release of internal moisture.

Structural Technologies of Mainstream Models
Rotary Drum Drying Technology: The inner wall of an inclined, rotating drum is fitted with lifting flights (lifters); as the drum rotates, these lift and scatter the material to form a uniform curtain, significantly increasing the contact area between the material and the hot air. This method offers high processing capacity and strong adaptability.
Microwave Drying Technology: 2450 MHz microwaves penetrate the material to heat it internally and externally simultaneously. Water molecules act as the primary absorbers, enabling selective heating; thermal efficiency exceeds 60%, resulting in energy savings of approximately 30% compared to traditional hot-air drying.
Vertical Counter-Flow Drying Technology: Material moves slowly downward under gravity while hot air flows upward, creating a counter-flow interaction. This results in a long heat-exchange path and high thermal efficiency, making it suitable for the continuous drying of granular materials.
