Daily Maintenance (Required Daily)
Pre-shift inspection: Verify that power lines and grounding connections are in good condition; replenish lubricant at lubrication points (such as mixing shaft and screw conveyor bearings) and ensure oil quality meets standards.
Operational monitoring: Continuously monitor for abnormal noises or vibrations and check for dust or oil leaks; shut down and cut off power immediately to investigate if any abnormalities occur.
Post-shift cleanup: Completely empty residual material from the mixing drum, clean dust from the dust collector filter bags, wipe down the equipment casing and drive components, and apply rust-prevention treatment.
Periodic Maintenance (Scheduled Tasks)
Weekly: Adjust drive belt tension; tighten all loose fasteners, such as mixing paddles and silo flanges.
Monthly: Monitor motor operating temperature; check gearbox oil quality and replace immediately if the oil has deteriorated; calibrate weighing sensors to ensure batching accuracy.
Quarterly: Inspect mixing paddles and screw conveyor flights for wear; replace them promptly if wear exceeds 30% or deformation occurs; replace aged gaskets; clean or replace dust collector filter bags.
Annually: Disassemble the equipment for rust removal and flaw detection; replace aged electrical components and hydraulic hoses; perform a comprehensive calibration of the equipment's overall operating performance.
