Pre-startup Preparation
Check all gear reducers and fill with lubricant according to standards; connect motor wiring and pneumatic control lines; test-run each motor individually to verify correct rotation direction; and calibrate the dosing scale and valve-bag packing machine.
Open all inspection ports, discharge outlets, and feed inlets; thoroughly remove any residual material or debris from the interior; and close all hatches after confirming the absence of foreign objects.
Ensure the equipment is reliably grounded and protected against electrical leakage; start the equipment for a 5–10 minute no-load warm-up run; and proceed to actual production only after confirming there are no abnormal noises or malfunctions.

Production Operations
Sequentially start the bucket elevator, air compressor, and dust collector; activate the dosing scale to precisely convey materials-such as cement, sand, and additives-into the pre-mixing hopper according to the formula ratios.
Start the twin-shaft zero-gravity mixer and the finished product silo motor; once materials enter the mixer, subject them to forced mixing for 3–5 minutes to ensure a mixing uniformity of over 99%.
Upon completion of mixing, open the mixer's pneumatic discharge gate to transfer the material into the finished product silo, then activate the packing machine to automatically package the product into 20–50 kg bags.
