The Mini5000 is the flagship model of the compact dry-mix production line series. It features a batch capacity of 5 tons and an hourly output of 5–10 tons; with dual packaging machines operating in parallel, the daily production capacity can exceed 100 tons. The entire line requires only 3–4 operators, has low factory height requirements (≥4 meters), and occupies a footprint of approximately 28–35 m². It utilizes a ribbon-style main mixer and is equipped with an automatic weighing and packaging system.

Large-Diameter Feeding System
Features a primary feeder with a 219mm diameter (identical to the Model 3000) and a length of 4500mm; the 700×700mm inlet ensures ample feeding capacity to meet maximum production output requirements. A labyrinth seal design effectively prevents dust ingress that could cause bearing seizure, thereby extending the equipment's service life.
Extra-Large Capacity Ribbon Mixer
Equipped with a 5500L mixer-the largest capacity model in the "Simple" series. With a drum diameter of 1600mm, it utilizes patented new sealing technology to prevent dust from entering and seizing the bearings, ensuring stable, long-term operation. Overall dimensions: 4800×1550×2600mm.
High-Capacity Finished Product Silo
The finished product silo features an upgraded diameter of 2200mm and a 4m³ volume, meeting the need for large-batch storage. It is designed with one inlet and two exhaust vents to facilitate gas venting and ensure smooth material discharge. An air-blowing device is installed above the discharge outlet to effectively prevent material clogging.
